Why Do You Need to Be Concerned About Lead?

Lead is a toxic metal that was used for many years in products found in and around our homes.  Lead may cause a range of health effects, from behavioral problems and learning disabilities, to seizures and death. Children six years old and under are most at risk.

On April 22nd new federal lead laws will be in place that affect window and door replacements in any home built in 1978 or before.

High Country Window has had all of our employee installers and sales people trained by the EPA as Certified Lead Home Renovators.
